Georgia OC Todd Monken named one of five finalists for the Broyles Award

Georgia offensive coordinator Todd Monken has been named one of five finalists for the Broyles Award, given to the nation’s top assistant coach.

UGA currently ranks 8th nationally in total offense (488 yards per game), and is 12th in scoring offense (38.2 points per game).

Monken took over the Bulldogs offense in January of 2020 after serving in the same role for the Cleveland Browns in 2019.

Georgia’s offensive has grown each season under Monken in yards per game.

2020: 424 ypg.

2021: 442 ypg.

2022: 488 ypg.

Monken is joined by Tennessee offensive coordinator Alex Golesh, Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minter, TCU offensive coordinator Garrett Riley, and Illinois defensive coordinator Ryan Walters.
