Texas gives four-star defensive lineman Kelby Collins

The Longhorns not too long ago prolonged a proposal to one of many prime 2023 prospects from the state of Alabama.

4-star defensive lineman Kelby Collins introduced through Twitter that he obtained a proposal from the College of Texas on Tuesday. On the 247Sports composite, he’s rated the No. 5 total prospect from the state and the No. 13 defensive lineman for the 2023 cycle.

The 6-foot-5, 250-pound lineman has earned a number of spectacular Energy 5 gives together with Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Florida, Clemson, and Auburn. In 2020, he compiled 85 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, 4 sacks and one compelled fumble for Gardendale Excessive Faculty.
