OXFORD — Ole Miss football completed an eventful Saturday on the recruiting trail when it landed linebacker Cameron Clark out of Tennessee.

Clark, a three-star prospect who plays his high school football for South Gibson, becomes the 10th commitment in the Rebels’ Class of 2024. The 247Sports Composite ranks him as the No. 695 recruit in the country and the No. 19 prospect in the state of Tennessee.

Listed at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, Clark also held offers from Duke, Mississippi State, Notre Dame and Virginia Tech, among several others.

After adding Clark, the Ole Miss Class of 2024 ranks 31st in the nation according to the 247Sports Composite. The Rebels also currently hold the No. 9 class in the SEC.

Clark was the second player to announce his commitment to the Rebels on Saturday, following blue-chip quarterback Austin Simmons, who flipped from Florida.
