Raiders’ Henry Ruggs III concerned in deadly automotive accident, to be charged with DUI leading to loss of life

Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III will probably be charged with DUI leading to loss of life after being concerned in a deadly automotive accident Tuesday in Las Vegas round 3:40 a.m., in response to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division.
