Within the On3 consensus rankings, Cozart is the No. 116 participant nationally, the No. 19 extensive receiver and the No. 21 participant from Texas. Based on the 247Sports composite rankings, Cozart is ranked because the No. 166 participant general, the No. 24 extensive receiver and the No. 31 participant from Texas.
