The College of Michigan employed defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald off of the Ravens employees final month and Jim Harbaugh has gone again to his brother’s pool of assistants to fill one other gap on his employees.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reviews that Ravens operating backs coach Matt Weiss is heading to Ann Arbor. Weiss would be the quarterbacks coach for the Wolverines.

Weiss beforehand labored with Jim Harbaugh as a graduate assistant with Stanford. He jumped to John Harbaugh’s employees in Baltimore in 2009 and labored on each side of the ball earlier than spending the final two seasons because the operating backs coach.

The Ravens have seen a whole lot of turnover on the employees this offseason.
